Andrea was such a wonderful solicitor to have working with us to buy our first house. We had loads of questions as first time buyers and she answered each of them which made us feel a lot more comfortable. She was so quick to respond with any questions we had and kept us up to date the entire journey. We knew from the start the cost of the solicitor fees which was great for budgeting and meant no nasty surprises at the end! There was no extra fee for releasing the Help to Buy ISA money too. The transferring of funds was super easy too, our completion date was Friday and the developer had received the funds by Thursday lunch time ready to go for Friday. Andrea made everything so easy for us - I couldn't recommend her enough for your next move, the legal side of things was a completely stress free part of the move for us! If we move again, we'll definitely be coming straight to Andrea.
