Never a sight to wish for but with their attendance comes a sense of relief. Very professional, reassuring and helpful, they go above and beyond for what they get paid for and take pressure and disgusting behaviour from the people in need. They are the silent heroes of our topsy-turvy health service. They deserve to be recognised.
