Situated near the junction of Lisburn Road and Stockmans Lane in south Belfast, this is one of a number of stellar hospitals which Northern Ireland has been blessed with. With its many excellent clinical departments and accessible internal road network and parking areas, finding ones destination is a \smooth operation\ ! Visiting outpatients have the luxury of a prompt, well run appointment routine with delays a rarity. Of course the doctors, nurses, specialists and other professional staff are at the summet of their skills with a dedication which is unquestionably superb.

Nice staff, very clean, we had an appointment with xray department, reception not very busy, being seen in 5 minutes after the appointment time, had a wee coffee from the hospital's shop, half an hour later all done,we were on our way home. Large and free carpark. Brilliant!

My father was in Withers ward 4b on Tuesday 25th August 2020 for a hip replacement. He would like to send sincere thanks to Mr Ian Dobbie and all of the staff who cared for him during his time in Musgrave Park Hospital. Kind regards to you all, keep up the good work Henry McMullan

My father was in the Musgrave hospital two yrs ago, they may and I believe he was well cared for, but as myself and my sister live in Australia, it was very difficult to get in contact with the ward, both of us had same problem, they rarely answered the phone, I would have loved to speak to my dad after much frustration we had both booked flights to get home, I tried again to ring the ward and the nurses were quite cagey and patronizing, very vague handover on my father and also not able to speak to him, was really devastating to me, I finally said, I am a Nurse I am not asking about a hamster, the Nurse on the phone, rudely said, Oh aren't we all, this was really hard to hear such animosity and created distrust and stress for me I was very determined to get home, sadly my father passed away on the ward I was too late, never got to speak to him on the phone to tell him I loved him his passing very hard but I'll never forget the cold and patronizing words of the nurse on the phone when I was calling from the other side of the world. I am writing this because I would like it for the next family in my shoes, to be treated with respect I realise your busy but 5 minutes would have made the world of a difference
