While visiting St George's Market, I picked up two pieces of art. I was flying with carry-on baggage only so I had planned to ship them to London using Royal Mail. The art dealer recommended Mail Boxes Etc saying they would wrap them securely for shipping and it would be included in the price. I dropped the two pieces off, filled out the shipping details and was told to expect them the next day. Total cost was 42 (less than I expected) and I received an email later than day with the tracking number. They arrived the next day, very securely wrapped and no damage. Efficient and friendly service as a good price.
Very bad service, I paid the money for priority, but 6 days later, I checked UPS and be told that they cannot tracked my package, maybe lost. And no staff of mail box contacts me and tried to help me. It’s very unfriendly to a foreigner that I first time used its service. Until now I cannot get any information about my package that is very important stuff. If someone knows who works in mail box or ups, please tell me, I really really need help. I am a international student, I hope someone can help me. Thank you!
The store and staff are good, but the opening hours make it almost useless. The Mailbox rental and OneDrop services are intended for those who cannot get packages at home because they will be at work, yet the store is only open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. You end up taking time off work to go to your mailbox instead of waiting for the package. Being open for two hours on a Saturday would remedy this!
