Travelled up from Dublin to get a simple hybrid health check done. Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. The service manager (David Ritchie) was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be happy to travel up again for any lexus needs. Also some really nice cars to keep you entertained while you wait and the receptionist couldn't have been nicer.
Recently purchased a 06/2018 IS300h (not from Charles Hurst) Front wheel bearing went a month later. Booked in for replacement under warranty. Lexus Belfast were so efficient and helpful - very highly recommended. In and out in a little over an hour.
I had a test drive in Lexus Belfast last month, people in there are so kind and helpful that I could recommend to everyone, unfortunately didn't have used approved car in stock which I was looking for but this is no one fault. Highly recommend Karl from sales to deal with very honest man he don't want to you buy first car they have in stock, just want find car which you want! Fantastic job from him.
