Knowledge Tree is the best training provider I've ever been to in Belfast. The customer service was superb. I booked over the phone with Clare and she couldn't have been more helpful. I sat my course in Belfast in the Park Inn venue. The course pack had everything you needed! The trainer was super friendly and obviously an expert in PRINCE2. Her knowledge was amazing. The PRINCE2 course was worth every penny.

I chose the Knowledge Tree because they were the most reasonably priced with dates which suited me in Belfast. The best part of the course was the trainer. I was prepared for four days of reading a textbook and being dictated to for the entire duration, however, Joe made the course interactive and enjoyable, which is hard for a subject like PRINCE2. The course was worth it, especially for the level of training and customers service I received.

The trainer was engaging and knew how to deliver the correct amount of content to maintain student confidence. We worked mainly on the foundation for the first 3 days and when we went into more depth for the practitioner. The trainer really knew the areas to focus on and the most important points for the exam.

Joe, my trainer, took a long and boring topic and made it so much better. I thought the four days would drag on, but Joe was able to break the days up and really knew the topics to focus on. He knew the Knowledge Tree manual word for word. We worked through it so well. The mini-test after each topic was the best way to clear up all our questions. Joe had the patience of a saint. Thanks, KTT really enjoyed the course.
