Well laid out store with an excellent range of furniture and homeware. Parking directly outside, including disable parking bays. Staff always on hand to assist/advise on products to suit your needs. Excellent product knowledge and stock / delivery availability. Easily accessible and to navigate with a pram, including a double pram which is rare in a furniture store. Lift at rear of store also for prams etc.

Disgraceful customer service and disgraceful after sales care. They have debited my account and claim the order is cancelled. Several days trying to get this resolved and they have gone quiet with no help or resolution whatsoever. Do not waste your hard earned money here, it won't go far and you'd be very lucky to receive it back soon after, or your items.
