Really happy dealing at Hursts Yamaha. Great experience from start to finish, absolutely perfect customer service from Alex. Nothing was a problem and kept me informed on the button right away. Called on this occasion with a purpose which was to buy an Arai motorcycle helmet. They had one which I'd seen elsewhere but not in my size , plus it had a sale price on it and was the correct size. In the present climate I was provided a tissue balaclava and allowed to try it on. Needless to say I bought it. Staff, as always, were helpful and courteous and I left the premises very happy. Maybe next time it'll be a motorbike.

I recently had have demo ride on Yamaha Tracer 900GT. I found at Yamaha very good customer service ( Thanks Alex). Highly recommended place to visit if you bike enthusiast, you won't be disappointed. In fact I'm returning customer to Charles Hurst group in Belfast, each time I visited the show rooms it was a pleasure. I was treated with respect and professionalism.
