Don't use Calor Gas but woken at 5.45am on SATURDAY by lunatic Calor driver delivering gas next door. Kept his engine running for 25mins!

I have 2 calor tanks both in my name .... ordered gas on wrong account number when driver came couldnt deliver to the tank that needed it ... More than my jobs worth .... i proved my accounts and he still wouldnt do as i asked ... they were meant to call before delivery ... arrived at 7 am .... Not the service u would expect from any company ...

I needed a replacement cylinder of gas urgently. Called Calor Gas at 9.30 am. They were very busy but said they would do their best to get it out to me asap. Was told it may be the following day or best case, later that afternoon. By midday same day, the guy arrived, installed the cylinder! Amazing service, and as I was not a regular customer and we were in the middle of the cv19 crisis, this company went over the top with their customer service. Many thanks to Gary, on phone, and to the lovely gentleman who delivered it. I didn't get his name.

Got a replacement bottle of gas last week. The guy didn't open the valve on the bottle after connecting it, so when the other bottle ran out my oven cut out and dinner wasn't cooked. Thick or what! They need to getthebasics right.....
