Indispensable for people who find themselves on low wages, benefits or in situations where they cannot afford veterinary fees. The staff are fantastic, caring, knowledgeable and dedicated. They treated my dog and ourselves with the utmost respect, kept us informed 100% of the way and all through the current difficult circumstances that the Covid-19 pandemic has brought us. I cannot thank them enough and would ask if anyone finds themselves needing their services to please, please, please donate as generously as you possibly can.

This is a great organisation, helping sick and injured animals on a low cost. They did every thing for my dog before she passed away. I am truly grateful

I recently had to take a trip here to collect medication for my pet. They were very responsive. I I phoned their Antrim Rd branch where I’m registered. But I was to come to those branch to collect the medication the following day. They simply sent me an email via txt message which I was to send my pets images too. Within half an hour I got a call back from a vet who told me i had to physically call down to PDSA animal hospital on the shore road to pick up the meds the following day. I was probably waiting around 5 mins and no one else was there. Obviously, there were measures in place due to Covid-19. You knock and wait until someone answers the door. You give your name. You wait. They go and get the meds on file phones through by the doctor. When they come back with the meds they give full medication instructions. They did not ask for a donation due to Covid but rather they sent me an email with a link to their donation page on their website (easily accessible via phone or laptop) to give a suggested donation (which is optional). They are opened from 9-1:30 then closed to 2:30, then opened to 5pm again.
