worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT book. I had very traumatic personal problems which prevented attendance on booked night and was met with exactly the same approach as the previous reviewer ‘quoting terms and conditions’ The nameless agent who we eventually found out was called Sean actually told us they had on average 6 no shows per week. Do the maths a lot of money is being made for nothing. There is a vague wif of a ‘racket’ about this place. Their attitude is dismissive and arrogant. Was told that ‘Exceptional circumstances’ are considered. If a cancer diagnosis and death of a close friend don’t count I would love to know what constitutes as exceptional circumstances. There was no acknowledgement of the distress I had shared with him. A total racket. They would rather take your money than provide a service. Please be aware I didn’t even want a refund. I was happy to reschedule and pay for an additional ticket to go with someone but they wouldn’t even do that. Be very careful with these people.

Steak night. Ian the chef and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Good fun and funny. Absolutely recommend for a great night out. Can’t cook a bite but with their help what we cooked was delicious. Book it now!!

So rude and unprofessional. I booked a class and on the day -about 2 hours before it was due to start I found out that my pay pal account had been hacked and almost 1000 was debited from my bank account. I had booked the cooking class month's ago and was so looking forward to it. I rang the class and explained the situation to a lovely guy who told me not to worry - I was on the phone to the Fraud Squad - that someone from the school would email me the following day. This never happened and when I contacted them to see if I could perhaps use some of my money towards another class they just quoted the 'terms and conditions' . The email was not signed. I totally understand that in the normal course of events I would not be entitled or expect my money back or a reduction for another class, however the school were totally unsympathetic and I am left disappointed. I am sure the class itself was wonderful but the attitude of the people involved leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service - nil points!
