Just collected LED TV and item has clearly been used and has a scratch on the screen, i even question this package as had been opened, It was clearly used and i even questioned it as the box had been opened and repacked and labelled as opened and checked and he said no other one in stock and I would usually return the item as clearly been used and repacked, but the guys are here to install new CCTV and i dont have time to take it back and they needed it to view the installing of cameras. Contacted Aftersales and their response was 'as it is a click and collect item it needs to be returned to store for a solution. Even if you are happy for a discount to keep the item, this has to be processed in store as out systems physically don't allow us to process this' So its a computer says no and tough luck, hardly a customer solution and a warning, if has been opened and a repacked sticker, refuse and ask for a new unopened box!

Counter staff have no idea how to talk with customers in a professional and mannerly manner .For the second time within a month I have had to deal with one particular very rude male counter staff on the 4th May @ 7pm . While I had made a mistake by not following the one way system to be served , ( I came down the exit isle ) there was nobody in the line . The lady at the counter asked that i turn and retrace my steps to get into the correct line , rather than take a step to the side and be in the correct line . Again I must stress there was nobody waiting in line . Had there been any other customers I would happily comply and apologise . Then the rude employee that takes the order numbers decided to add his opinion . He decided to press the issue and argue rather than serve me . Again there was nobody else in any que . He then bluntly asked for the order FT number which I gave him However I did not have the 4 digit code that comes with the FT number but he insisted ( again rudely and bluntly looking an argument) for the 4 digit number . It was clear this was an attempt to punish me for not obeying his commands and having the audacity to mistakenly walk down the wrong isle . In the end the precious 4 digit number did not stop the order being processed and I collect it . This is the second time this month that same person has had a sour attitude and if someone cannot be polite and mannerly while serving customers they should not be working in the retail industry .
