It was a Saturday afternoon that we noticed our well area was extremely moist and that our well head was bubbling. We called Michael Barlow on Sunday and he was able to have a crew out to us by Monday. When we explained what was going on at the well head, he immediately knew what was going on, gave us an estimate on the job and by Monday 11 am the crew was here. Within 2-3 hours they were fully complete with the job and we were able to turn our water back on. We greatly appreciate the speedy service and reasonable price. When we were calling other companies, they quoted us double what Barlow was able to offer. Great group of guys who not only were very hard working but also pleasant to talk to. Will hire again upon having any issues.

We had Len’s plumbing come to our house and they quoted us 3,700 to replace our well pump. When Len’s failed to be able to get the pump out of the well, they told us that our well had collapsed on itself (insert panic). Michaels team came out, they were able to get the pump out of the well, assure us that our well had not collapsed, fixed everything (super clean and tidy, I need to add), and it was half the price! They stayed on the phone with me for a solid 30 minutes, explaining everything and answering all my questions! I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone here! Thanks again! You are all fantastic!!
I had Len the Plumber come out. Told me I had a well pump problem after we lost water the bill from Len would be 3795.00.. Afterwards after playing with my pump told me that the pump had completely collapsed and then I was going to be left with a 10,000 bill and I had to call someone else. After frantically panicking I was directed to Michael Barlow well drilling. Not only did they take the time out to talk to us and spend a lot of time on the phone with us easing our mind... come to find out the well had not collapsed did they just could not get it out and completely fixed my pump for half the price I'm replaced it with a brand new pump.... Not only did they save me money they did it within a day or two and took the time to call both of us and explain to us how to take care of it and what to look out for. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
This company delayed drilling our well for five weeks due to an overloaded work schedule. The lengthy delay prevented us from moving into our house prior to Christmas and caused huge amounts of stress and heartache for our family. Not only did they delay for an unacceptable amount of time, we never heard a single word of apology from the company nor any type of credit on the bill. Their workmanship seems to be fine, but the delays left us very, very disappointed.
Great Company of down to earth guys. Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices.
