Very loving and caring individuals work with clients, no matter what their needs or situations. They provide both material and informational assistance from birth through toddler - diapers, clothes, many other needs. They also have pregnancy classes for expectant mothers and can help mom and/or dad with job searches, medical appointments, and many other types of information.
Open to all, charity at its best! I have observed personally that this well-organized public resource for women in crisis has risen to the challenge of providing service in a pandemic. They made the required modifications to be compliant with local COVID19 protocols and kept responding to women’s needs. Birthright provides honest answers; and both material and educational support. This longstanding and respected little gem in the heart of Bel Air is clean, homey and non-judgemental. As an RN I would also add that their resources stood up to my fact checking, so it is certainly a trustworthy and needed community resource.
The ladies and gentlemen at Birthright help pregnant women in so may ways: from material support of baby clothes, diapers, formula, shoes, coats, baby shampoo, maternity clothes to helping them find the resources they need for moving in a positive direction forward such as housing, legal assistance, medical assistance and counseling. Such a great organization!
