Disgraceful. Placed delivery order approx 17:10 website showed delivery approx 18:40. Email confirmation showed dispatch approx 19:35. I accepted this as popular place and a Saturday night. Spoke with manager approx 19:45 for an update and told food on way. Food arrives 10 mins later and cold. Spoke with manager again who offered to part refund and tried to use excuse that food is packed in eco friendly way. Explained service was very poor. Manager said very bad line and could only hear part of the conversation. I find this to be an excuse and extremely poor customer service to get a customer off the phone, as use phone in same place several times per day and never had this said before. I have been offered a full refund now. Will wait an see if I get. Just seen on delivery bag delivery 7pm written on bag. If you wish to wait an exceptional time for delivery and be fobbed off when you speak with them then place an order.

Nice friendly welcome. Family friendly. Lunch was nice. I ordered large chilli nachos and it was huge. Service was lovely. We didn't order from the lunch menu as we were using a gift voucher and gift vouchers cannot be used for the lunch menu which wasn't stated on the voucher itself but on the menu.
Quiet and cosy wee place. Good for a drink or meal. They're currently rolling out an app for ordering at the table due to current circumstances. This app was really confusing to use hence only 4 stars. Fix the app / order procedure and it would be 5 star all day. Lovely staff too. Very welcoming!
Nothing to like. Despite the current misery surrounding COVID19 the staff were rude, miserable and utterly dismissive towards providing us a table, despite the outside being empty. Pardon me for trying to be humorous. Very clearly not the same behind the wall of old as fun is no longer on the menu. Sad place in a sad time. Can’t say how disappointed I am to say this given the endless happy memories I have had down the years, but on the slide clearly. Did I hear someone say bah-humbug?
A great selection on the vegan menu, you don't miss out on any of the other options as there's vegan versions of quite a few of the key pieces. We had haggis chimmis and bbq pulled jackfruit nachos - out of this world. They don't skimp on the vegan cheese OR the awesome flavour combos. We can't wait to come back
