I am giving this restaurant 2 stars based strictly on ambiance other wise it would have been a 1 star review. It had a good set up and nice decor, other than the bathrooms which had curtains instead of doors. The food was nothing special at all. The best item was the salad. They also had a \bar menu\ that you weren't allowed to order from unless you were seated at the bar which made no sense to me. They will need to improve Beefeaters by leaps and bounds before I will be coming back.

Prime rib was delicious! The French onion soup was the best I've had and the garden salad with all the extras was amazing! Great service from the bartender. Will definitely go back!
Excellent steak restaurant located in downtown Southern Pines. The salad bar (when they had it) was top notch and loaded with various vegetable, fruit and small dessert choices. Service is attentive and prompt. My favorite dessert is the cocnut cream pie, very silky and smooth with just the right amount of coconut to it. If you haven't tried this restaurant, you don't know what you're missing!
We had Prime Rib. Delicious and tasty. Very good food. Key lime pie was good as well. Will go back again.
Went to this restaurant because they claim to have the best stake in the area. If that was the best stake the area needs some new stake places. The prime rib had no taste at all and it took over an hour after ordering to get our food. Not impressed at all. Update: Please notice that it took the owner 2 months to respond. So I guess that is how they show they put their customers 1st. And for the response it is a cut and paste for all the low stars with no deviation.
