Turned up to hire a van and they were rusty with bald and unsafe tyres. All the vans are old and tatty.
Rang today to see if we could hire a van for tomorrow for a desperate house move and was told o and it's bank Holiday so we're shut\ nowhere on the website did it state they were shut and Google even stayed they were open. I informed him of this and he responded \everywhere shuts on bank Holiday\.. Maybe that's why enterprise and days pick up all the business because they're not. Also costs nothing to be polite and turn your phones off if you're shut.
