Took a long time for the vet to get back to me. When they did the receptionist was excellent and even brought medication to my home as I am at work medication missing and some not the correct dosage. I have a sick pet and have to pay again for another vet to see her as I can't wait until Monday

Registered at this vets as it was local to us. I'm sorry to say I found the reception staff unhelpful and not very friendly at all. They didn't show any interest in my dog as he was sniffing around the desk - You'd expect animal friendly people to be working in a vets. Also felt we got ripped off as we had to take our dog in for a limp he was prescribed tablets which didn't work we were then invited back in to see the specialist orthapedic - who turned out to be the same vet we'd seen the first time round - who did exactly the same examination, to be told exactly the same thing and then charged 25.00 - Overall not a good experience at all! - Have now moved my dogs to another vet who so far seem to be great
Thank you so much to everyone at the vets tonight, I know you guys were really busy and yet you managed to fit my old dog in. He is doing well and thank you so much to the owner for staying behind and lending me a hand getting him into the car. Highly recommend these guys. Keep up the excellent work.
Sadly our dog had to be put to sleep yesterday at Woodlands vets.But we just wanted to say how nice and sensitive and respectful the vets and reception staff were towards me and my family at this sad time.They couldn't of been any nicer!
