Very happy with our experience and purchase from Bedtime in Wisbech! We purchased a 'Frankie Ottoman' bed - which we love - but had some initial complications. The lovely ladies were very helpful in store and our order was processed in the knowledge that our preference (colour) would need to be ordered. No problem - despite the fact that we were 'camping' on a mattress on the floor. Unfortunately, when our bed finally arrived it was the wrong colour. However, the guys who assembled it were excellent and as soon as we pointed out the error were super-reassuring that we could exchange and even gave us a timeline. On contacting the ladies ion the office they were also extremely helpful ( and apologetic) and organised the replacement immediately. A week later the bed WHICH WE LOVE arrived and was assembled again. Despite the colour error, what wonderful service we received and we would highly recommend the Wisbech Bedtime Centre for both their products and their customer service.

Really good customer service. Rang in the morning for a bunk bed and mattresses for my kids at short notice and went out their way to have it ready 2 hours later. Rare thing to find these days
Had my new double bed delivered today crushed velvet base and headboard with diamantés and a lovely thick comfortable mattress I love it I went in with a budget and got just what I wanted .. Delivered on time and even carried upstairs and put together and old bed taken away... Thank you so much Highly recommended
Cannot reccomend the bed centre more! They delivered my mattress perfectly on the day promised no issues and then after issues with a different company I went to them 9am this morning to order a bed and by half 1 the same day they have delivered my bed, took away my old bed and built it for me! Wonderful company! Service is more then 5 stars! Thank you so much!!
