We ordered bedroom furniture from here which took weeks to arrive. When it finally turned up, the chest of drawers was the wrong size (Henshaws fault) and the wardrobe doors were six inches too short (factory’s fault). Had to wait ages for the right drawers and even longer for the wardrobe doors. Customer service abysmal with little communication from Henshaws. We had to do all the phoning. I can’t praise the fitters enough though, they did a brilliant job.
