I would like to leave a five-star review. It has been an absolute pleasure to shop in St.Albans branch. We walked in and the salesperson guided us in the process of finding the best new mattress. No stress and no pressure at all. We chose the Sleepeezee Hybrid 2000 pocket gel mattress. We got our delivery on time and the team brought the mattress to the second floor. A couple of weeks later I emailed the store to shop for some topper to protect the mattress. I could go online and just order something but I had a feeling that I should check with these guys what they have got. I have been advised that I don't need a topper and that I will be fine just with a mattress protector. To my shock, it was promptly delivered next day and free of charge! Stay loyal to this local shop and they will go an extra mile for you!
This is our second purchase from Bedknobs in St Albans. Greg the manager was very helpful guiding us through their covid saftey procedures upon arriving at a pre-booked time so we were the only customers in the store. We tried out several mattresses based on our requirements, and narrowed them down to make a final decision. Free delivery & removal of old mattress/bed is a plus - in addition they offer a complimentary mattress turning service which is great for my elderly dad. Would recommend Bedknobs in a heartbeat - much better service than large high street chains.
