Im giving 5 stars because is just. Great products and great customer service.
Young assistant not wearing a mask. Had to be reminded. He then put it on his mouth only. Had to be reminded again. He is serving customers. Upsetting. Other staff seem unconcerned.
The young man in the bedford store today was very helpful and knowledgeable of my requirements and knew exactly how to help me when I showed him some photos of my floor.
Helpful staff and good choice of tiles What a shame no-one can be bothered to tidy up the car park and pick up the litter. Waste of time putting in a new entrance when there is unsightly litter in the parking area
