Top notch team. Extremely good customer service. I have called the parts department and given them my shopping list and then have my daughter pick it up. This was 3 cases of oil and filters plus some other assorted parts and the part crew carried it all out to her car for her, now that is service. They also maintain a good Facebook presence to announce the many events they hold there.

They worked very hard to get me a deal on a used Streetglide. The whole staff that I felt with were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was an excellent experience and this is my first Harley purchase. I really liked the fact that they took the time to get to know my riding habits and what I wanted in a bike instead of just trying to sell me whatever bike they wanted to get rid of. I was never talked down to because I new absolutely nothing about Harley. I have been riding for years but I had never ridden a Harley or been around them.
Texas Harley is my dealership!! Ashley Balder in merchandise has been amazing from day one. I can call her and ask about anything they have in stock and she is always sweet, friendly and takes time to help me. Personalized customer service like Ashley's means I will drive however far is necessary, even by other Harley dealerships...and I do every time! Thank you Ashley and Texas Harley!

I am so glad I stopped in! The parts guy Gary was a super help today for me! I learned a lot and he made sure I had everything I needed to get my bike up to date and ready to ride!
