Very good customer service. Price was good for my service. Not much more to say as it's my first time here.

Pretty sure they lie to you about timescales, just to keep you happy, then extend it when the timeframe expires
Absolutely AMAZING service, my husband bought a van back in July for our ever increasing removals company, and we could not be happier with the service from start to finish! They went above and beyond to help us and the workmanship in the garage is second to none!!! Just wish they were closer to us as we would buy all our vans from here!! Wish I could of given more stars too!!!!
Superb attentive service from Stefan. RGR have exceeded my expectations when servicing my Focus RS. A huge breath of fresh air compared to normal main dealer franchises. I will be returning here.
What a kind and caring team of people at RGR garage. They went above and beyond to help me. The personal service that I have experienced is amazing. When Pete & his colleague came to collect my car they jumped the battery as it wouldn't start and bought the car back clean and tidy too. What a super local business that we are fortunate to have in our community. I will always use RGR because they offer the human touch from Glynis and Stefan at the garage to all the brilliant and professional mechanics and staff. Many thanks Sharon
