A truly professional but also entrepreneurial approach from start to finish. Starting with establishing a sensible selling price and finding the right buyers to then achieving a higher than asking price. It was not a straightforward or very fast sale but the team at Orchards kept things on track, dealing with us, buyers, solicitors and others in the chain. Always easy to get in touch and kept us informed at all times. A very big thank you to Julian, Emma and Alex. From the very first point of contact, Emily was a pleasure to deal with. She was very professional and always returned calls when she said she would. On the viewing she was again excellent and very informative about the property. These Covid times are certainly a challenge but a challenge that Orchards and Emily have faced head on and smashing! Orchards always so easy to deal with unlike some other agents in Bedfordshire. 5 Stars from me!
What a brilliant team we had with Orchards to sell our home. I is a pleasure to rate Orchards Estate agents as very professional and genuine from our very first meeting with the Director, Julian, who gained our confidence right from the outset. We were fortunate to receive the excellent care and attention from Alex Walton their Senior Sales Associate, who is responsive, attentive and proceeded to support us during an exceedingly difficult period. Some conveyancing customers may point to other Estate Agents as being difficult to get hold of, or don't return your calls, Alex made himself available at all times, even outside normal working hours.
