The staff are always friendly, helpful and easy to approach for any personal health related advice. They are an asset to our community and work incredibly hard. I am proud to have them serve our community and personally would like to thank them for their services! Also, the pharmacy is always well stocked and clean (and buggy friendly too).

I want to thank everyone who works at Lindleys for being so welcoming and taking the time to talk every day. I'm a former drug addict and I come in daily to take methadone, which is used to help people recover from heroin addiction. I was extremely nervous at first, I thought the staff would treat me with contempt or be judgemental. I'm glad to say I couldn't have been more wrong. When I first read these reviews I saw one that concerned me. The person who wrote it claimed they were singled out and made to feel unwelcome because of their former addiction. While I wouldn't say this person is lying, I've never seen any addict treated unfairly. Maybe they were stealing or being rude, as their experiences couldn't be more different from my own. Both pharmacists take the time to chat and ask me how I am. I look forward to being greeted with a smile and they show genuine interest whenever we have a conversation. There is a wonderful sense of community in Queens Park that I haven't experienced living elsewhere and the pharmacy is a perfect example. I'm on first name terms with a few of the staff and it feels more like seeing a neighbour or friend. Of course they are always professional but it's the small things that make it a pleasure to go every day. I nearly forgot to mention that there's a great selection of items for 1. I've bought some lovely shampoos, conditioners, deliciously scented shower gels and face cleansing wipes. I highly recommend the moisturising night cream, an absolute bargain and it doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin. Last week I saw something I really wanted but didn't have the money for at the time. As there was only one left it was put aside for me until I could buy it. How many pharmacies would do that for their customers? Thank you for being so supportive as I recover from my addiction :)
