I needed to get a covid test last minute so I called Goldharts Pharmacy and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who booked a test for me. When I got the there, the pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure that I’d get my covid test result on time (my flight was in 2 days time, it was a very short time frame). I’d definitely recommend this pharmacy as the service is 10/10 and the staff go out of their way to make sure that they meet the needs of their customers !!!

I needed to get a pcr test for fit to fly. I phoned up to book an appointment and staff explained that I should have been there earlier in the day to make the 72 hour window. I was told to make my way there immediately which I did. Rinesh ( who took the sample ) explained the procedure and how to fill in the forms. All through out he was extremely helpful and very professional. The only negative point which is minor, I wish that I had been informed that I needed to have my passport number to fill in the forms when I phoned up. Upon my arrival Rinesh explained how to update the forms as I didn't have my passport number. The test was 169. Overall I would use and I will be recommending Rinesh, his staff and chemist to others who need a fit to fly certificate. Thank you all and stay safe

I am honestly speechless with the helpfulness, genuine care and ability to go over and beyond for the customer.
