They did an MOT for me and decided to fail my motorcycle for having ran my tyres to below the legal limit, even though I asked them to change both my tyres before they do the test. I didn’t have to pay for an additional test, but it’s a permanent blemish on the MOT history. I don’t know if they do this to make it look like they are doing something in front of the DVLA, but it’s unprofessional. I’m not impressed! EDIT* To the response below: I purchased the tyres through you, because I knew they needed changed. When I arrived at the shop I asked your colleague to fit the tyres before the test, because it would be an obvious fail. Why would you then do the test and have to re-do it later. I'm sorry, but your response isn't logical.
