Awesome spot for a drink by the river in the sun, all seating was appropriately spaced and cleansed. Very reasonably priced drinks - surprising considering the prime location. Didn't get chance to try food as we arrived too late, but looks decent enough and again very reasonably priced. My only complaint, the place shut too early; I'd have happily spent another couple of hours buying drinks given the chance. The obviously solution to this is I should have arrived earlier.

My first visit there & during social distancing. Good table service in the Cabin. A lovely bacon doorstep sandwich which I thought was quite expensive. There's a large area outside with picnic tables next to the river. A great setting for refreshments.

Lovely Haloumi wrap for lunch. No queues, plenty of seating available, but pretty full by the time we left at 2.30. Beautiful surroundings, took quite a few photos. Shall definitely return, and take the walk to the Marina next time, with the whole family and dogs in tow - very dog friendly, which I appreciate. Drove from Stevenage, a good half hours drive, but well worth it.

The Danish Camp offers a great starting places for a great walk or ride. They offer hot coco, food and a nice place to sit and enjoy the river.

It has been a while since I visited this little gem of a place. Very happy to see how they have adapted to their service for their loyal customers. I went with my 87 years old Mother and her 92 years old friend (hyper vigilant) and felt very safe and secure.
