Don't waste your time and money with this company or branch. I put an order in was told everything was fine for delivery on a specific day, I even rang them up the day before to confirm everything was still fine and was told it was and that if there was an issue that someone would contact me. So anyway it got to around 4pm on the day still no delivery so I rang them up and was told only then that they couldn't deliver on that day and then basically they couldn't even guarantee me when they would next be able to deliver everything on a day I was available to take it in so I just ended up cancelling the order and was given a full refund back. Also to the admin who replies back to the company reviews on here is clearly just as useless at resolving things for its customers because there is still the same issues as other reviewers have clearly stated same as me and quite obviously nothing has been done about it months before I had even put my order in..(unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before hand as I wouldn't have put an order in) And so much for their slogan of \Family Values-Professional Service\...I find nothing professional about how this company operates. A complete shambles. AVOID

Really helpful staff. They had everything I needed for my garden refurbishment project. Very efficient and professional company.
Well where do I start. The old battle axe on the counter has let this company down hugely!! Not only is she rude and arrogant I must have heard her say “if they don’t like it they can sack me” more times than I could count! I strongly suggest that this company completes her wish and gets rid of this rude person sooner rather than later!
Having been a lorry driver a certain company who supply yourselves it's seems every time our company has a delivery for you we are 1 HR ,even with s small amount , understand ably if there is s queue ,it's first come first served but when noone on site ,including your drivers just a few builders vans and 6yard staff ,why do we have to wait so long when all of your branches have early finish deadlines
