The store has improved so much lately... Shelves are usually full now and they have a great selection of products. Customer service is always great!

B&M online advert showed Folding Hand Truck advertised @ 19.99, visited the store to purchase this item but was disappointed to discover the product being sold in store for 25.00. I explained to staff that the product is being sold in store at a higher price than the advertised price, and asked they honour the online price but they were reluctant to honour this claiming they are two different products, but couldn't provide a valid explanation on what was different. After going through the two product descriptions, sizes, weight and spec plus prolonged discussion the store eventually honored the price. I'd like to say this experience does not encourage me to return to B&M in future, however the staff were very polite and trying very hard to be as helpful as possible within their capacity.
