Bedfordshire Supported Housing Care Services Limited (BSH) aims to provide innovative and modern environments, to support vulnerable adults with a range of mental health issues within the county of Bedfordshire. Francis House is our first home situated in an established location in the centre of Bedford. It is a modernised, spacious 6 bedroom Victorian House. All rooms have ensuite facilities and there is limited disabled access to the ground floor. Rutland Road Care Home is our second home, it is a converted 5 bedroom victorian house, in the centre of Bedford, as with Francis House all rooms have ensuite facilities. BSH Living Solutions is a division of BSH and Care Services. It will be registered with the Care Quality Commission as a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people who have a range of needs. These include mental health, learning disabilities and physical health needs. Including people with complex needs or a dual diagnosis who may have a range of disabilities. The service aims to open early 2013.

So the company had stated to HMRC that I had been paid in august when I was let go ahead on the 10th July and my last pay day was on 24th July, I have tried to reach out to the company to get accountants to amend the pay dates in order for me to get my payment from universal credit to pay for my rent, I was ignored and the only help I got was from kiran who was very helpful, the owners Brenda and dean have both ignored my texts and emails I wouldn’t recommend working for a company that is so unorganised with the pay dates

Was recently let go because I went home half way through a shift as I didn’t feel well, I was vomiting and had bad diarrhoea, I called on call the night shift support number and no one answered, I made sure all service users where asleep and the house was locked. I was then told because I had 2 sick days off in my probationary period which was unacceptable, I was willing to get sick notes from the doctor. I was also moving in the same month on the 30th June, I asked for the 29th and 30th off I was told I can’t have the 29th off but the 30th I could, so I had to work through the 29th and go home and move a 5 bedroom house without any sleep which made me feel really exhausted (I was a night warden) There was no leeway In the job at all, the chairs where uncomfortable in the office so I would often lay on the floor to support my back not for long unless the ache was bad, I never slept as this was unprofessional.
