Have taken delivery of a dragon windchime and it's just so lovely. Really well made and well packaged. Ordered online during lockdown and also spoke to staff who were very helpful. If you are considering ordering, please call them, even during lockdown and you will receive a call back if you have queries. I'm a fan of championing small business and more than happy to pay a little more so they can keep going.

Unfortunately shut due to flooding. Enjoyed my last visit there.
When ever we are in the area we come here and end up spending a small fortune as the products are lovely. Unfortunately, during our visit this week the staff were so rude we left the shop within minutes. Rude, obnoxious and made it impossible to shop there... very disappointing. Other customers obviously felt the same as they left too. Will NOT be returning!
Such a lovely shop with a variety of wood crafts. Would certainly recommend visiting, it’s worth a trip to the quaint and cute village of Beddgelert. We bought various bits and crave another look around. There’s just so many unique things that you wouldn’t get anywhere else. One of my favourite shops in the country!
