Placed in the middle of lower Rhein, two miles away southeast from Bedburg Hau, once home of the counts of Kleve and later family von Steengracht, today the art gallery and botanical garden. It contains the largest collection of art pieces of Josef Beauys, the Profesor, the artist, and above all, the visionaire. The palace building is redesigned and refurbished in 2011. Parking is free. Entrance 7 EUR for adults, 3 EUR for children 6-18. Don't miss it. I recommend visit on sunny days in April or May.

Ein sehr schöner Weihnachtsmarkt, der mal nicht von Fressbuden zugestellt ist. Der Markt ist sehr weitläufig um das Schloss herum angelegt. Hier wird noch altes Handwerk großgeschrieben. Ein Besuch hier ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Mooi kasteel, goed onderhouden tuinen, leuke winkel bij ingang hierin tevens entree, 2 euro pp voor de bezichtiging van de tuinen

Schöner Weihnachtsmarkt, auch logistisch sehr gut gemacht. Am Wochenende sollte man nachmittags hingehen, mit Einbruch der Dunkelheit wird es so voll, dass es nicht mehr schön ist.
