Love this company and the products, especially the bacon which is really high quality and not packed with water like you get with some brands. Always good to support local Yorkshire brands as well.
Yorkshire Dales Meat Co what a terrible experience purchased some meat but one was very awful when questioned they delete the post and send a none decrepit reply about the costs and how it is hung etc. No resolution to the problem just go away we don't wasn't to know not our problem attitude to a complaint cannot delete my posts though? It really is a shame that the company MD/FD did not want to sort out the problem just fobbed me off. A resolution was available however none was taken. Really it a shame one big issue in this present climate is to get new customers and keep them however they've lost me now real shame
