Good place for a walk with kids or dogs or dogs and kids. There is a cafe which is dog friendly. There is also a pitch and putt course or at least some holes set out, no one playing when I was there. Plenty parking. Don't wear your best shoes?

Good walk, friendly place, well looked after, parking. Only one inconsiderate dog walker but there is always one.
Lovely common with nice walks. Cafe on common too. Very popular with dog walkers.
Great place to visit on a nice walk, loads of space. This time when we visited it was snowing and we went sledging
