I’ve been with this surgery my entire life and it’s never been bad up until this point. I’ve reached the age that I need to have CS and I’ve been getting letter after letter about it and I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over 4 months and I keep getting fobbed off online even though I kept expressing the stress and anxiety it’s causes keep getting refused a service that as a female I need as it’s incredibly important. Safe to say after getting refused again this morning I’ve sent off to be registered elsewhere. You lot have majorly gone down hill sort it out.

I'm a new patient. Was told I could not have a free flu vaccination because I didn't qualify. However my last 2 surgeries . Chemists. The NHS website say that I do ? All i can say is wow ...
Just want to share my positivity relating to how great the online system is and how quick the responses have been since joining this surgery this week. If this has all come out of the COVID situation, it is a very positive move. I hope the staff feel it is too and that it continues this way.
