I have been taking my son there for the last two years to see Dr. Patel, who is an absolute gem! I have had no issues until recently. It was a weird situation during check-out, but it's too much to get into. All I know is their system has been down since December 4, 2020. I was told I cannot even order my son's eyeglasses with the system down. I have called several times and was told they would call me. Jamie called me on December 16th, saying the system is still down, and they would contact me when it is up. Here it is January 5, 2021, surely their system can't still be down.

From the time I walked thru the door, to the time I walked out, everyone treated me like they had known me for years...very nice and professional! Dr. Blunt and Dr. Kimble were, and are awesome. I was in and out in no time. Sincere Thank You to you all. God Bless
A wonderful office! Everyone working was so friendly and helpful! The office was so clean and comfortable! My appointment was quick, but I never felt rushed!
I usually Love TSO they’ve helped me for years with my glasses but back in May I decided it was going to be my first time trying contacts! I was super excited and told it would only take a few weeks to get them in. About 2 months later I called the office to see if there was a update on them and the last I first spoke to never updated me then I called the next day only to find out that they were never ordered. Each time I called they would tell me it would take more time than they originally told me and it’s now been 6 months. I know the pandemic has messed up everything but my first experience with contacts should not be this stressful.
Highly recommend!! My appointment was at 11:20 I was in and out within an hour. That’s with picking out glasses.... no wait time. Walked in, went straight to the eye pictures, then straight to the exam room. Dr Rhodes came immediately right in. He was so nice and really lightened the mood! Mrs. Sylvia is the sweetest! She was very patient while I picked out my frames. She really took the time out to discuss prices regarding insurance, etc. Thank you all!
