Called the optician this morning requesting an emergency appointment. Stacy ontye the receptionist on the phone was very professional and friendly. She couldn't book me in at first as they were fully booked. She was sympathetic to my issue and nicely gave alternatives and that she'll be in touch if any openings comes up. she seemed compassionate. Within an hour she called back advising of an opening. When i got to the place she was as friendly and professional as on the phone. There was not a long wait before I was seen by Kira the optician Who was brilliant. They seem to have a good team working there.

Superb opticians. Nothing is too much trouble and their attention to detail is beyond reproach. I have been attending Beaumonts for over thirty years now and have subsequently recommended them to friends and family. If you appreciate good old fashioned quality service from a family owned business then they're for you - a stark contrast to the production line approach of the high street businesses - No names but you really shouldn't have gone to Sp*cs*v*rs when Beaumonts are just around the corner!
Not professional and rude. Patronising and poor listeners\u200b. Would not recommend . Hurried and rushed .
