Lovely little pier with fantastic views on a good day. Clean & tidy with plenty of seats. Great for crabbing and the boat trips are fun.
Great place for crabbing. My son loved it and caught several crabs. Loads of children were trying their best to catch crabs. Once again some great views. I sat in the shelters and watch the day go by. We then wandered down to the beach to let the crabs go. There’s a little shop at the front of the pier that sells crabbing nets. It’s it literally a short walk in to the town where there are cafes, bars, shops and pubs. Once again there’s a Liverpool pub near the front.
Fantastic Crabbing with the kids. We caught around 60 in a couple of hrs on 2 lines. 4 allday parking nearby. Lots of lovely shops, cafes & pubs. Extremely Dog Friendly Highly recommend the cakes from Jollys
