I have been trading here for close to two years and trust me you'd find no such company which offers plethora of freedom in line with very hand-holding possible. Floor manager and senior management, or even fellow traders are very supportive. However, at the same time one must understand as a trader it is very critical to have patience and belief in oneself. Rome was not built in a day remember. One has to give time. Confidence and clarity are two ingredients of success in any walk of life as a day trader. Every success takes time and sacrifice, so be ready for it. You're going to trade International markets, and such markets particularly NASDAQ/NYSE are ones mind it groom you in a way making you fit to trade any market.
