You are always lucky to have a local \ice cream\ shop but to have one this good is very much a treat. Now I don't know the ins & outs of the Icelandic Soft Serve which they sell, for that you will have to visit and ask. But what I do know is the ice cream is some of the smoothest I have ever had, mix that with a couple of different toppings, sauce or even a cookie if your feeling adventurous and you got yourself an indulgent snack right there.
