I had a great experience with this dental care team. Very kind and easy booking as well as an organised system for this pandemic situation. It was the first time I had been to this clinic for my teeth and had an extraction which was very quick and gentle. Dr AB explained all the procedures of my gum problems and referred me to a peridontist and also looked after any of my concerns. Zaki was also very friendly and kindly consulted the matters as well. I had a great experience with JH who was the hygienist. She was very professional! She explained what was going on and what she was doing. I highly recommend this clinic and I am happy to refer my family and friends who need dental care.

Went for a first visit in Jan/Feb 2020, I was told I could have an hygiene, white filling and a bruxism aid (NHS patient) sadly the lockdown begun and my appointments were cancelled. After that, I had another initial visit and the attention was terrible, they said they were not going to do anything only put a tiny amount of something to cover the hole of my broken filling. Then I was told to book another appt, I had it in February 2021 and it has already been cancelled for no reason. You cannot be proud of accepting NHS patients when you’re not even interested in treating them and you just don’t care about their issues. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m an NHS patient or because I have an accent. A friend also went for a first visit for her baby and they told her they don’t accept babies. Again NHS patient.
Staff always very caring and always greeted with a smile from Reception.
I rang to arrange a short notice appointment on two occasions, and Sarah and her colleague ? made a great effort and fitted me in on the morning of my call on both occasions which was just what I needed. I saw Zaki on one visit and Matt on the other and was given excellent treatment/advice. This fits with my experience over the years. A very accommodating and professional practice.
