We've just purchased a property using this estate agent in Skegness. They were very professional from start to finish. The most important thing to us was communication. They were there early each time we had an appointment to view the property, or for measuring up prior to completion (something that hadn't happened with other estate agents on previous viewings). They always phoned us back if we left a message. Very helpful in chasing the sellers solicitors when we needed action. Can't praise them enough. All the staff were very helpful not just Emma that initially sold us the property and helped when Emma wasn't there (it wasn't a case of \oh you will need to speak to Emma\).Thank you for all your help! Would definitely recommend them.

I am very happy to recommend Beam to other people. They were very helpful and efficient all the way through the sale of the house. For someone who did not live locally to the house that was to be sold I was very grateful for them to keep an eye on the property and achieve a good sale price.

my experience with BEAMS has been as stress free as possible, bearing in mind its not the best time for you when your selling, this was the second sale BEAMS completed for me in four years and hope when i buy next it will be through them, they do their due diligence when booking viewings to avoid any possibly, not suitable appointments, whoever you make contact with at BEAMS you always get their immediate attention , very many thanks to you all Brian Nicholson

Absolutely excellent estate agents!! I have just bought a house through BEAM and collected the keys today and the service I received was always professional, personal, and extremely friendly from ALL the team. The BEST estate agents in Skegness by far! I cannot recommend them enough and to top it off they gave me a card, fruit hamper and some chocolates which was so kind of them! Thank you to all the team and BEAM, you are all fabulous and I am sure I will see you again in the future :)
