Great place to walk around and explore. Paths are very muddy in winter, so bring your wellies, but lots of trails to follow. Perfect for dog walking. Love the excavations of the track and old buildings. And if mushrooms are your thing it is brilliant!

A former clay excavation site, the paths are easy to walk and well sign posted. It had been snowing before we got there, yet we could still walk most of the paths without issue. Only the boardwalk was closed off, as it was under water (which was frozen over).

Not far from Bluewater and easy to find. Fair sized car park. There are a number of paths in this beautiful woodland, the main ones aren't too bad but particularly the lower lying paths can get very muddy. There is an outdoor exercise area and a couple of picnic areas. Not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

Mushtastic, great to look at but don't feck with the fungi! Great little wood and pond. Well maintained but come suitably equipped for the mud! Only reason for the 4 versus 5 star rating is proximity to a couple of roads which are fenced off but only with ranch style fences, which could be a risk for a dog in pursuit! (Even well controlled dogs can get excited!)

make the directions clearer. My family spent an hour or two looking for a fricking pond! Out of all the country parks I have been to this was the worst. Also the parking is unbelievable. Do you really expect every person to just pay one pound under a sign saying pay one pound for parking!? Get a paying machine for goodness sake! Can't believe this! Also improve hygiene. Close the exercise areas, lots of people have definitely been touching that and that is not ideal in the global pandemic is it?! Improve this rubbish country park! Shame on you.
