I have visited this cafe many times for ice cream and coffee. Today I also had their mini Veggie Breakfast which was lovely. Everything was cooked perfectly and served quickly. I have recommended this place to friends and will continue to do so. The arrangements for COVID have been well planned are are executed well by staff.

It only takes 10 seconds to loose a reputation it has taken years to build if you deliver poor customer service. Today this is what customerrcustomer service I received purchasing ice cream. I was served by a supervisor and a new employee she was training. The trainee was told that the first two had not been completed correctly. Instead of offering a replacement I was expected to take what was on offer. I refused. They then had a argument but replaced the two. One was very good the second did not look great. I nearly refused again, but didn't. A third ice cream was then ordered. All ice creams were in a tub. The plastic spoon for the third was put on the wooden counter. I requested a replacement. I was irritated at this point. I took the ice creams. The one that didn't look great was for my wife. She was very disappointed. So I went into the cafe to get it changed. Unfortunately I was accused of being aggressive, which based on what happened is not justified. I live in St Anne's and must be responsible for about 400 spend in 12 month period. If you can afford to loose this business then so be it. There are other places to purchase and eat. An apology is required.

Lovely friendly staff in a extremely clean and well run establishment. The food is delicious at a sensible price. The hot drinks are so much appreciated when out dog walking, even my pooch loves going into the ocean cafe Look forward to the day lockdown finishes
