Before I was even able to secure a mortgage appointment with Barclays the BCM Team had processed my application and got me an offer on the table – I still have a week to go before my scheduled Barclays appointment for an initial assessment! Seriously impressive and puts the Corporates to shame. Their patience, commitment, professionalism and knowledge made me feel confident and comfortable I was in good hands and all my questions were answered with speed and in a way I could understand.
