Dealt with these guys this week for the first time. Prompt, professional service. The staff were kind enough to hold a valuable item for me while I finalised my decision before purchase with no pressure. They offered sincere advice and I was impressed at how they facilitated my awkward requests (due to awkward schedule). The smoker I ordered arrived exactly when I requested. Great show guys, will definitely check them out in the future and I recommend them to all.
I have tried to support smaller companies throughout this covid 19 pandemic rather than the large corporations.......so I purchased an ooni pizza oven from bbq land....The WORST customer service I have ever received.........I should have just gone to John Lewis......My bad.
Brilliant. Richard really went above and beyond with his customer service. Bought my first smoker and look forward to returning for fuel, accessories and more ingredients. Highly recommended.
