We booked the Big BBQ Company for a 300 person event over at the LSESU and couldn't be happier with the service. John and his team were quick to set-up, provided a super efficient service and had the queues fed in no time at all! The quality of food was fantastic, provided great theatre and the smell was divine. A great addition to our event!

The pop up restaurant at Swimbridge yesterday evening showcased delicious Brazilian food. Really authentic and full of flavour. The bar b q meat was delicious! Only downside was that I ate too much, just had to sample everything. The kitchen and waiting staff were a delight as well. Roll on the next one in October!
Taking my family including 2 young children to BBQ Brazil 'Pop Up' dinner at Swimbridge last night was a fantastic experience of enjoying Brazilian food. John and his team could not have been more friendly and welcoming. There were selections of four hot side dishes and two salads prior to meats being carved and served at the table. All delicious plus a range of sauces. My youngest granddaughter had a passion for the Costela de Porco (ribs) and Porco , I loved the Gaucho sausages and Picanha steaks, plus the lamb and chicken superb .All of which kept being served as much as we could eat. We were all full but managed the dessert ! This was called Abacax'l. Fresh Pineapple steeped in rum which is then bbq'd and served with ice cream and mini churros. Just the right mix to end our meal. Congratulations to BBQ Brazil . We will definately be coming next time.
