Carla visited us at our home to talk through the sale and was so helpful taking away the stress of selling our property. Nothing was too much trouble and we sold within a week. The photographs by Lee were amazing and the whole package was excellent value. I would recommend using Bayside.

Well what can I say about Bayside....... just WOW! From the moment Carla came to value our property to Lee taking fantastic photos(even returned to take more photos in the sun) to the team that Carla has working for her. Look no further if you want to sell your house, the whole team are friendly, but professional and each and everyone of them went over and above! If ever I move again I would not hesitate to use Bayside. Simply the best! Carla is an absolute diamond and will either sell your house or find you a house that is suitable; she knows exactly what you are looking for! I cannot thank her enough, well done everyone at Bayside!
Having used a more well known agent in the area for 6 months, and getting very poor service, few viewings and little feedback, I decided to try Bayside. The only reason I didn't use them in the first place was that the other agent seemed to have more of a local presence. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS! Carla came straight out to the house, arranged a new valuation and arranged for a professional photographer to take photos (which were of exceptional quality). Within 24 hours, we had 15 viewings booked, and we subsequently accepted an offer within 3 days. Throughout the entire process, Carla and her team have been courteous, professional and efficient. I can't thank them enough!!
After a slow start on this challenging property with a different agent, I decided to bring in Bayside. Carla and her team, including their excellent independent professional photographer, moved the activity from sedentary to frenetic almost immediately and after a wave of viewings in a short period of time, offers were made on and over the asking price. After accepting the first offer at asking, we are now going through the legals. Fantastic result, thanks Bayside.
We can’t thank Carla and the staff at Bayside Estates enough. They have been so helpful and professional throughout the purchase of our new home. Viewings were no problem and Carla went above and beyond to accommodate us day or night. We would highly recommend Bayside whether it’s for a sale or purchase! You couldn’t be in better hands. Thanks again!
